VIDEO CONTENT & LIVE FRIDAY WEBINARS
Special Olympics New York offered eight full weeks of daily virtual programming for athletes and fans during the COVID-19 health crisis, plus a “bonus week” in partnership with the Capital District YMCA.

Every Friday at 11 a.m., we continue to bring our community together for live workouts and get togethers with special guests. Look for the link to join each Friday’s session here and on social media.
