Special Olympics New York and Applebee’s to Host “Law & Orders” Fundraisers Throughout New York

Donations to Benefit Special Olympics Athletes

Albany, NY – On Thursday, March 9 from 5 – 9pm, Special Olympics New York athletes and volunteers will visit 37 Applebee’s locations to raise funds and awareness for the organization.

“We rely on our communities to come out and support their local athletes at events like these,” said Stacey Hengsterman, President and CEO of Special Olympics NY. “They never disappoint. We can’t wait to see them Thursday night.”

Volunteers attending the event will include Law Enforcement representatives, coaches, volunteers, family members, and Unified Sports partners. All donations will directly support the athletes of Special Olympics NY.
