Statewide Coaches Conference

Special Olympics New York is bringing together coaches from across New York State for an exciting weekend focused on connection, learning, and sharing best practices.

The conference kicks off Saturday with a joint lunch and general session, followed by a choice of 3-4 interactive breakout discussions designed to provide practical ideas, valuable resources, and opportunities to learn from fellow coaches. We’ll wrap up the day with a dinner and celebration, giving everyone a chance to connect, unwind, and enjoy time together.

Whether you’re a longtime coach or new to Special Olympics, this is a great opportunity to learn, connect, share ideas, and help shape the future of coaching across New York State. Come be part of the conversation—and leave inspired with new ideas to bring back to your athletes and teams!

Participant Fee Structure
Be an Early Bird… register before September 20th and get a FREE Polo!

Standard Registration – $65 per participant
Includes everything you need for a great experience— training sessions, all materials, meals, a comfy place to stay, recognition goodies, and access to the networking reception to mix, mingle, and connect.

Roommate Edition Registration – $45 per participant
For those willing to embrace the “sleepover vibes.” Available to participants who agree to share a hotel room arranged through the conference room block. Will honor roommate requests. Includes everything in Standard Registration.

Day Tripper Registration – $20 per participant
Includes all of the training sessions, materials, and meals. Includes everything in Standard Registration – No overnight included
