Long Island Region – Basketball Competition

This event is going to be taking place at Commack Middle School ( 700 Vanderbilt Parkway , Commack, NY 11725   )

Check in opens up at 8:30 am and concludes at 9:30 am

Upon arrival, only coaches check in and athletes can go to their designated area. Make sure you are ready for opening ceremonies at 9:30 am. Also, make sure to reach out to regional staff if you are missing:

Medical/Consent Form
Proof of Vaccination
Communicable Disease Waiver

Registrations are due no later than Friday May 17th , 2024. If you need an extension, please reach out to your regional staff to confirm.   **** Early Registrations Preferred ****
